Trading technology refers to having, first of all, a trading platform that is stable and appeals to traders. There are many examples of trading platforms that have been developed internally by Forex brokers and that fail to meet the standard in the industry. These platforms may lack integrated graphic components, or the ability to customize the different parts, or technical indicators or the ability to accept automated orders. Thousands of civilians have recently fled unrest in the north of the country for neighbouring Chad.

'Troubled country'
Bars and clubs will be closed from Friday to Saturday evening as part of the period of prayer from Thursday, Col Salle said.
"Central African Republic is a troubled country which has been through hard times," he said in a statement aired on state radio.

"These prayers could help promote reconciliation among the people of Central African Republic."
The CAR has a history of coups and army mutinies, as well as endemic corruption, and remains one of Africa's least developed nations.
Mr Bozize seized power in March 2003 and won presidential elections this year.
Months after the poll, raids by unknown gunmen forced thousands of people in the north of the country to flee into neighbouring Chad.

Stimulus Package

But on Tuesday, Ty'Sheoma Bethea became the face of the issue, when she joined first lady Michelle Obama as her guest for the president's first speech to a joint session of Congress.
The White House invited Bethea, a student at the J.V. Martin Junior High School in Dillon, South Carolina, after a letter she sent lawmakers appealing for help rebuilding her school made its way to the president.

The eighth-grader flew with her mother, Dina Leach, from South Carolina to Washington to attend Tuesday night's speech.
On Wednesday, back home in South Carolina, Bethea explained what she wanted the president to do.

"I just want for him to help my school out and to get us a bigger and better school and build us a new one, and I would thank him for that." she told CNN.
The eighth-grader was inspired to write the letter by Obama, who mentioned her school in his first presidential news conference on February 9. After visiting the school, he referenced J.V. Martin as evidence of educational institutions that would benefit from school construction funding in his $787 billion stimulus package. iReport.com: 'A very emotional moment'
In her letter, Bethea described the dilapidated condition of her school, which was built in 1896, and said the funds would improve the building and the quality of education.

BANGKOK, Feb 25 (Reuters) - Siam Commercial Bank SCB.BK, Thailand's third-largest lender, said on Wednesday it was cutting its savings, fixed-deposit and lending rates by 25 basis points following a rate cut by the Bank of Thailand.[ID:nBKK419802]
The new rates will be effective on Friday, the bank said in a statement.
The cut in the saving rate, the first since July 2003, would take the rate to 0.50 percent, the statement said.

Other major banks, including market leader Bangkok Bank BBL.BK, state-run Krung Thai Bank KTB.BK and number four Kasikornbank KBAN.BK, are likely to follow suit.
Most major Thai banks started a round of rate cuts in early December when the Bank of Thailand began slashing rates to support the economy.

Indias central bank

After market hours, the Reserve Bank of India said it was lowering the repo rate, at which it lends to banks, to 5.0 percent from 5.5 percent, effective immediately.
It also cut the reverse repo rate, at which absorbs excess cash from the banking system, to 3.5 percent from 4.0 percent, effective immediately.
The central bank said while Indian financial markets were orderly, the country's growth prospects had taken a hit from the global financial crisis and subsequent economic downturn.
'This impact has turned out to be deeper and wider than anticipated earlier,' the central bank said in a statement.

Policy makers expect India's economy to grow at a six-year low of 7.1 percent in the 2008/09 fiscal year that ends on March 31, after growing at or above 9 percent in the previous three years. Analysts expect the economy to slow further in 2009/10.
'This may be the last rate cut for some time now, and the central bank will wait for incoming data and until the new government assumes office,' said A. Prasanna, economist at ICICI Securities in Mumbai.
National elections are being held in stages over April and May.
The central bank said the reduction in rates should further encourage banks to provide credit for productive purposes at viable interest rates. At a policy review in late January, it held rates steady, saying banks were yet to pass on earlier cuts.
